As you know, we recently made the decision to stop shipping to the EU. it was a hard decision to make, but we were struggling to make the maths work...

Let us explain.

When we ship to the EU from the UK, we need to pay an administration fee (per order), duties, and sometimes taxes on behalf of the customer. These three things were becoming too much, and resulting in us not actually making any money (which just isn't sustainable for a small business like ourselves).

After many sad customer emails, we thought long and hard about the situation - and we have worked out that as long as the order value is over €100, we will be able to make it work.

So, all that means for you lovely EU customers, is that when you shop with us, you load your cart up to at least €100, and we will take care of all the extra fees that some along with this.
