Countries may impose a customs duty and import tax on goods from abroad. These customs duties and import taxes are beyond our control, and are paid to the governing state of the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or future accommodations for customers receiving customs duties or import taxes.
If you are unable or simply do not wish to pay the customs fee, your package will be returned to us. Upon receipt at our facility in the United Kingdom, you will be refunded for your order, less the costs of shipping fees and charges incurred by Mabel + Meg.

We offer a 60-day money back guarantee on all orders from day of purchase, so it's simple - If you really don't love our products, send them back within 60 days and we'll process your return.

If there's a problem with your order, simply email us and we'll work with you to get you an exchange. If you retain your proof of postage for an exchange, we'll make sure we refund you any postage costs, no problem!
Note that you are required to make us aware of any issues with the contents of your order within 5 business days of receipt.
We'll need a few days to receive and process a return - once received we'll get the payment back to you within 3-5 working days using your original payment method.
In instances where a refund is requested, fees associated with shipping are not eligible for reimbursement.
In order to provide the highest possible level of service, we endeavour to process all our orders as swiftly as possible. If you place an order and decide that you have changed your mind, there is a very small window of opportunity to notify us before your order is dispatched.
We can't guarantee that your order request to cancel will be received on time as orders can be processed in our warehouse even before your shipping confirmation is sent.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, we will need to wait until the item is received to process a return for a refund. If your address is incorrect, we will need to wait until it is returned to sender before we can proceed accordingly.
We are unable to refund shipping fees where you have not been available to receive your order and have failed to make collection arrangements with the delivering courier. In the event that your order is returned to sender, we will process a refund after a full investigation of the reason for return. Depending on the outcome of our investigation, a discretionary 10% restocking fee may be charged.
